DermExec LLC's services are provided to medical practices and relate to business operations. Our website is not intended for the collection, storage, or transmission of any confidential patient health information (PHI) protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Do not submit any PHI through our website's contact forms or via email. If you inadvertently submit PHI through our website or email, we will promptly delete it and notify you.
If our advisory services for a client require access to systems containing PHI, DermExec will first execute a formal Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with that client as required by HIPAA.
