Arthur Simanovsky, Co-Founder
Los Angeles, CA
Arthur brings a unique background at the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology, and finance. In 2009, shortly after earning degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Miami University of Ohio, he founded Dryver, "we drive your car, so you don't have to." As CEO and Chairman, he grew Dryver into the nation’s largest service of its kind, operating in 76 cities across 32 states. After 14 years of scaling and leading the company, Arthur successfully exited the business.
Following a sabbatical to spend time with his growing family, Arthur shifted his focus to the business of medicine, with a specialization in dermatology. Drawing on his expertise in business strategy, operational efficiency, and technology-driven transformation, he began applying these principles to modernize and optimize dermatology and medical practices — industries often resistant to change and innovation.
Today, through DermExec, Arthur partners and invests in dermatology practices to bring professional business leadership, scalable infrastructure, and sustainable growth strategies. Practices that join DermExec benefit from his proven ability to introduce meaningful improvements and unlock untapped potential — most importantly, through net income and improved patient care.
Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Arthur now calls Brentwood (Los Angeles) home, where he lives with his wife, son, and their two dogs—a mother and her pup.
Aaron Goodman, Co-Founder
South Florida
Aaron Goodman is a seasoned business executive, entrepreneur, and accountant who helps dermatology practices thrive. He applies the sophisticated revenue-optimization, cost-control, and acquisition strategies he mastered while leading national consumer brands to drive sustainable growth and profitability for his clients. With a proven track record in strategic leadership and financial oversight, Aaron specializes in increasing top-line revenue while reducing operational expenses.
Previously, Aaron served as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of HR Signal, a SaaS company delivering real-time insights for employee retention. His executive leadership experience also includes over a decade at Spectrum Diversified, a leading consumer goods company, where he served as CFO and President. Under his guidance, Spectrum more than doubled in size while improving EBITDA margins by several percentage points in less than a decade, culminating in the successful sale to a prominent private equity firm.
Aaron holds a BBA and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and began his career as a CPA with KPMG. An innovative strategist, he is named as an inventor on over 100 issued patents. He lives in Southeast Florida with his wife, two boys, a cat, and a dog.
